Ementa/Descrição: Estudar o Estado da Arte do Empreendedorismo e do Empreendedor, em suas vertentes: função econômica (necessidade vs. oportunidade; formal vs. informal), comportamental, organizacional (intrapreneur/entrepreneur), internacional, inovador (social, sustentável, institucional, ambiental). Os diversos tipos de empreendedorismo e de empreendedor. Startups. Aceleradoras vs. Incubadoras. Modelagem (Canvas) e Plano de Negócios. Tipos de Inovação: incremental, radical, disruptiva. Inovação aberta vs. fechada, Science Push vs. Demand Pull. Empreendedorismo e Responsabilidade Social e Ambiental. Redes de Inovação e Empreendedorismo. Gigantes Corporativos vs. Empresas Iniciantes. O microempreendedor e a Micro e Pequena Empresa no cenário nacional.
