Ementa/Descrição: O curso destina-se a apresentar aos alunos de mestrado as competências e ferramentas fundamentais relativas à gestão da sustentabilidade em geral e ao seu efeito no desempenho ambiental e competitivo em particular. Em particular serão abordados os vários paradigmas da sustentabilidade dentro das organizações desde sua vertente mais instrumental para uma mais sistêmica, as estratégias de sustentabilidade comparando-as com aquelas tradicionais, tensões de sustentabilidade e como gerenciá-las mediante uma abordagem clássica de win-win e tradeoff até uma abordagem integrativa e sistêmica. Serão discutidos os modelos de negócio para sustentabilidade e os desafios da gestão, a gestão da cadeia de suprimento para sustentabilidade será abordada evidenciando seus limites.
