SUMMARY:

Since the beginning of society, the environment has been the place where man and nature coexist. There, man obtains the raw material necessary for their survival, whether related to their food or energy necessary to turn the gears that move this entire system called society.
It is up to man to seek a harmonious relationship with the environment, especially in your way of living. Faced with this problem, the question arises about how to develop small sustainable constructions, making them competitive with conventional constructions? Therefore, the objective of the work was to develop a Business Model for small sustainable constructions, using the “CANVAS” business generation. To achieve this, it was necessary to develop a study through of a bibliographical review on the construction of sustainable buildings wherever possible. possible to compare the competitiveness of sustainable and non-sustainable buildings made by a micro-entrepreneur, analyze the panorama of sustainable buildings made by smaller entrepreneurs, compare the advantages and disadvantages linked to sustainable constructions and verify the social, environmental and economic costs of small sustainable constructions. The final analysis of the work that culminates in the elaboration of the business model brings with it the entire functional structure of a company who wish to work with sustainable works, such as their key partners, cost structures, environmental and social costs, as well as social and environmental benefits that may be provided by said service. All of this is necessary since the civil construction ends up becoming the main villain related to environmental degradation, a since it is from the environment that all the raw materials necessary for the sector come from, as well as the waste generated in the works, much of it even incorrectly, causing problems not only environmentally, but also of public, such as obstruction of streets and avenues and generation of diseases. One of the possible solutions to alleviate such problems are found in sustainable constructions.
