The relationship between man, environment and economy has been conflicting, due to anthropocentrism, where man believes he is superior to any other species and for that reason ends up using the natural resources and animals in an erroneous way as a form of objectification and not as sentient beings. It is necessary to think about a new way of living for society as a whole, for everyone and for the planet. This new world can be seen in veganism, so research will focus on veganism and how its practices are fundamental for improving the environment. Thus, the general objective will identify the role of veganism in the perspective of Alberto Acosta's Well Living and environmental sustainability. For this, he will discuss the theoretical bases of the research: The principles of Well Living by Alberto Acosta and Veganism. Present the ethical proposal of vegan practice, discuss the effects that veganism has on the environment and the relationship between humans and animals. The study's approach methodology is descriptive and qualitative. For the development of the project, primary data will be collected through semi-structured interviews online, with members of social network groups with the theme of veganism, veganism and sustainability, and secondary data from bibliographic and documentary research. Given the above, is it interesting to ask how Veganism works to improve the environment from the perspective of Well Being in a context of environmental sustainability?
