The Paulo Freire Project is a Program of the Government of the State of Ceará that proposes to reduce poverty and raise the standard of living of family farmers in 31 municipalities, through the development of social and human capital and sustainable production to increase income. In the theoretical trajectory on the sustainable development, Bem Viver is a definition that encompasses a set of ideas that are being constituted as a reaction and alternative to conventional concepts of development. This work aims to verify, with the beneficiary rural communities, the revitalization of biocentric processes during the execution of the Paulo Freire project. How methodology, we used the documentary survey of the centralities of the proposal, the quantity of technical staff and project financiers. It was possible to visualize the dimension of a new matrix of solidarity and plural economy, with a vocation to expand the dynamism of the local economy in a sustainable, empowerment of communities, sharing the principles of Good Living.
