RESUMO:

Groundwater represents important contributions to the
demand, either actual or potential, at regional and local level. Although it is a
essential element, water can also pose a health risk if it is not
quality. Quality is likely to be affected by anthropogenic activities,
represented by the uses and occupations of the physical environment, in particular by the
urban infrastructures and equipment, agriculture and green areas. Against
In the present study, the objective of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical
of wells located in CRAJUBAR, which
cities of Crato, Juazeiro do Norte and Barbalha, CE. Initially,
bibliographical research through a systematic review of scientific papers
on the quality of water for human consumption. The databases used to
this review were: Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel
(Capes) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Soon thereafter
the quantification of existing wells registered through the Research Company
of Mineral Resources - CPRM. Considering the weather stations will be
selected for the monitoring of wells that are in green areas and
urbanization, totaling about 15 sampling points. In each well
the physical-chemical parameters and
based on the Foundation's Practical Water Analysis Handbook
National Health System-FUNASA and the National Quality Assessment Program of the
Water-PNQA. With the development of the present work it is expected to have a
diagnosis of the real situation in which local water resources are located, with
determination of the level of quality and conformity of the analyzed parameters
accordance with the standards of potability required for the purpose of human consumption
current legislation. The study aims to contribute to elucidating aspects related to
water quality in the wells inserted in urban areas of CRAJUBAR, as well as
how to subsidize the formulation of public policies for the sustainable use of the aquifer.
