RESUMO:

Mental Health and Solidarity Economy arose amid the social movements of the which had as ideal the social transformation, the search for a more the struggle for more dignified conditions. Within this conception are the Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS), one of the substitute services guided by ideals of the Psychiatric Reform movement, which present themselves as spaces strategies for the development of the care of people in psychological distress, whose central scope is to welcome users and reintegrate them into the family and social context. Currently the practices in Mental Health are erected under the interweaving of the different professional categories that have co-responsibility and shared care about subjects. To this end, sustainability results from the organization, social mobilization of relationships of trust, reciprocity and solidarity. As well as, it permeates an open future the alternatives that lead to new modes human beings to live, going beyond the explanation of reality, holds a broad view of the universe, analyzing the past, the present and the future. In this way, this study aims to analyze the practices developed in the Center for Psychosocial Care (CAPS III) of the municipality of Barbalha are articulated with the principles of the Psychiatric Reform, Solidarity Economy and how they contribute to a sustainable society. THE The methodology used for the implementation of this study was based on a qualitative study, whose data collection was based on the semi-structured interview and participant, to treat the data was sought to employ content analysis, affective mapping and the draw io diagramming tool. The results found

have been directed towards the expansion of the actions carried out by the different categories
professionals in the CAPS III of Barbalha, which needs to be extended beyond
of medical appointments and consequently prescription of medicines. According
description of the practices in the equipment Dr. Paulo Duarte Sampaio, it was
expressiveness in the actions directed to the Solidarity Economy, in which
asleep and scarce in the perspective of Mental Health, although the municipality under study
has an emblematic movement destined to the network of agroecological fairs and
Solidary. It was also identified that the professionals of the device are able to
for a sustainable society, especially when
enamored environment of love, peace, gratitude, satisfaction and commitment. Concludes
that there is a need to build new Mental Health practices that are
aligned with the ideals of the Psychiatric Reform and Solidary Economy, being necessary the
establishment of levels that broaden the effectiveness of a sustainable society,
whose moment is under construction.
