THE DIMENSIONS OF INFORMATION MEDIATION IN DIALOGUE WITH LEGISLATION IN ELEMENTARY
EDUCATION I: PROPOSAL FOR AN ACTION PLAN

This investigation deals with the mediation of information in the Basic Education curriculum in Elementary School I, with a focus on Specialized Education. The research problem revolves around thinking about contributions between the dimensions of information mediation (Gomes, 2014, 2020) and the legislation of the Law of Guidelines and Bases (LDB), National Curriculum Guidelines (DNC) and Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC), based on an action plan. Thus, the general objective is constituted based on the possible applicability of information mediation in the possible applicability of information mediation in Basic Education legislation, in particular in Elementary Education I, on Specialized Education, for the preparation of the Plan. The specific objectives focus on developing approaches between mediation and information mediation; Analyze the different dimensions of information mediation in relation to curricular legislation, with regard to Specialized Education; Investigate how the LDB, DNC and BNCC relate to the dimensions of information mediation and based on this possible connection, develop a mediation plan as a product resulting from the research. The methodology involves a study of the legislation of the LDB, DNC and BNCC, through descriptive, bibliographic and documentary research, using content analysis based on the division of five categories: dialogical, formative, ethical, aesthetic and political. Considering the legislation discussed, the existence of contributions is partially concluded when analyzed along the dimensions of information mediation for Specialized Education. Since categories establish links between objects of study, placing them as an essential impulse for the evolution of learning and inclusion.
