THE REPRESENTATIVENESS OF PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AS A STRATEGIC FACTOR FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF FEDERAL PUBLIC UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES IN CRAJUBAR

This research deals with the importance of human resource management as a strategic differential within federal public university libraries. It is necessary to analyze the process of knowledge and intellectual capital management in the federal public university libraries of CRAJUBAR. The following question arises: how do the elements of human resources management, such as human capital management, culture, and organizational climate, contribute to the implementation of the quality of services provided in federal public university libraries in the CRAJUBAR region? This research presents as general objective: to diagnose the strategic factors of HR management for the high performance of the federal public university libraries of CRAJUBAR and, as specific: to identify the management practices applied in the federal public university libraries of CRAJUBAR; discuss the management of human capital in organizations, in terms of endomarketing; create based on the organizational culture of these libraries a guide for better support and direction for management practices. The methodology of this study is characterized as exploratory research, as to the ends. As for the means, it is considered bibliographic research of qualitative nature, where the study of multiple cases was used. This research has as a project proposal to build a practical guide that provides suggestions to improve library services. It is hoped that the product of this master's research will directly assist both Librarians and auxiliaries, and servers in general who perform their activities in the library.
