CORDELACIM: A BLOG AS A CULTURAL INTERCESSION FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE LACIM COLLECTION AND THE DISSEMINATION OF FOLK LITERATURE
Cordel. Digital collection. Blog. LACIM. Digital preservation.
The debate about pamphlet literature is about a literary and publishing genre that pulsates vibrantly in the heart of the Northeast. It is recognized that it is present in oral, written and digital media, besides being at the center of a decolonial discussion about the identity of poets and the genre of the "cordel" in cyberspace. Based on theoretical premises about digital memorial preservation, the transformations of the media, and the importance of cordel literature, it is asserted that cordel literature is posited as an originally Brazilian literary genre and that its preservation and the intercession of this poetic genre of singers/poets into the digital field of online connections is necessary. For this context of preservation and reconstruction of the cordel memory, the choice was made of the physical collection of pamphlets from the Memory and Information Science Laboratory of the Federal University of Cariri, which were sheltered only on paper support, to be brought to the digital medium, creating a blog within the "Blogger" platform, working as a virtual collection of cordel with the name "CordeLacim".
