Construction of scientific knowledge in universities: a look at the editorial processes for the elaboration of e-books at the Federal University of Cariri

This research addresses the construction of scientific knowledge at the university, a university publishing house model for the Federal University of Cariri. Its objective is to prepare a manual describing the editorial processes of e-books for UFCA and to highlight the role of librarianship in publishing and editorial management. Assuming the hypothesis of investigating the appropriate processes for publishing (diagramming/graphic design) of e-books, thus raising the following question of how to develop an instrument to support the editorial processes of e-books for UFCA? What are the processes used in the publishing (diagramming/graphic design) of digital publications in university presses? Thus, making the process visible to the academic community. The methodology is based on the deductive method, about university publishing houses and librarianship publishing, from the applied nature which the quali-quantitative research was designed, its data collection will be carried out by descriptive and exploratory analysis, compiling responses from the questionnaires, with bibliographic and documentary procedures. Finally, idealizing the achievement of goals.
